The short-pile side is suitable for removing cleaner and wax residue, while the long-pile side is suitable for final wiping and polishing. Soft-edged or edgeless designs can also help reduce direct edge contact with painted surfaces.
For furniture, tables, appliance surfaces, and general hard surfaces, Manywell recommends 30 × 30 cm or 40 × 40 cm household microfiber cleaning cloths with medium GSM. A medium pile height makes the towel easy to fold and hold during cleaning. Multi-color sets can also be used to separate kitchen, bathroom, and other household cleaning areas.
For countertops, sinks, cabinets, and appliance surfaces, Manywell recommends smaller kitchen microfiber cleaning towels with medium GSM and medium pile height. Based on Manywell’s production experience, coral fleece has a soft and fluffy pile that is better for holding dust, loose particles, wax, and polish residue. Terry has a more balanced structure and is suitable for general daily cleaning. Waffle weave has a lower pile and less wiping resistance, making it more suitable for glass cleaning, kitchen drying, and surface drying. The right choice should depend on the cleaning task, not only on GSM.
Yes. Manywell can arrange mixed-color sets or combinations of different specifications. However, each color, fabric type, and packaging option may have its own minimum production quantity. From our project experience, standard colors, the same fabric, and unified packaging are usually easier to combine. Custom-dyed colors, different GSM options, or multiple packaging styles may require separate MOQ and production checks.
Manywell recommends washing coral fleece microfiber towels separately from cotton products. Dark and light colors should also be separated during the first few washes.Use warm water and detergent without fabric softener or bleach. Rinse thoroughly, then tumble dry at low temperature or air dry. Fabric softener and high heat may reduce absorbency and affect the pile structure.
Based on Manywell’s previous coral fleece microfiber towel projects, regular bulk production usually takes around 30–35 days after the sample, color, logo, and packaging details are fully confirmed. Custom dyeing, complex packaging, or larger order quantities may require additional production time. The final lead time will be confirmed according to the specifications and production schedule.
Manywell does not use one fixed MOQ for all custom coral fleece microfiber towels. The actual MOQ depends on the material blend, GSM, size, custom color, logo method, and packaging. Based on our project experience, standard fabrics, regular colors, and simple packaging usually allow a lower MOQ. Custom dyeing and printed packaging require separate minimum production quantities.
The suitable GSM depends on the intended cleaning task. Medium-GSM towels are commonly selected for household cleaning, kitchen surfaces, and general wiping, while 350–500 GSM double-sided options are suitable for car detailing and polishing. Larger and higher-GSM towels can be selected when stronger water absorption is required for drying.
